About the job: We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Lead to join Opella’s E-commerce team . In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our e-commerce strategy—fueling online sales growth, delivering best-in-class digital customer experiences, and strengthening our brand across digital touchpoints. This is a high-impact role that combines digital marketing, retail media, data analytics, sales management and cross-functional leadership to accelerate our digital commerce journey. Main responsibilities: E-Commerce Sales strategy & Performance Lead e-commerce strategy to drive sales and market share across digital platforms, Maximizing traffic and conversions through full-funnel performance tactics. Commercial & Strategic Collaboration Manage key relationships with retailers, partners, and e-commerce platforms. Lead commercial negotiations and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP). Align e-commerce initiatives with sales and marketing objectives. Organizational Leadership Connect with Commercial and Trade local teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopper experience. Promote a digital-first culture across internal teams and stakeholders. Inspire, influence, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Retail Media Execution & Digital Shelf Cocreate data-driven retail media strategies across marketplaces and retailer platforms. Manage digital shelf execution to ensure product visibility, accuracy, and conversion optimization. Data-Driven Optimization Analyze performance metrics (traffic, sales, shopper behavior) to identify growth opportunities. Implement A/B testing and continuous improvement strategies to increase conversion rates. Track KPIs and deliver insights that shape future strategy. About you: Experience: 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or retail media. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong expertise in Retail media and digital shelf. Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel). Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus. Languages: Native Spanish, Advanced English. Why us?
