The IT Field Service Engineering Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional front-line IT service to all internal clients within a defined geography. The supervisor is responsible for creating and executing the vision for maximum revenue generation enabled by continuously available commercial applications and low-cost operations. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and supervising individual teams of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, and achieve coverage for all locations - Providing first and second-level support for incidents and service requests to business colleagues, and leading more complex problem investigation and remediation - Leveraging data and insights to drive process improvements and optimize resource allocation - Maintaining inventory levels to meet normal client demand, and managing equipment lifecycle to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant work experience, including 1-3 years of direct management or supervision. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field is required, along with certifications such as ITIL, Project Management, or Six Sigma.
