Through expert facilitation of Agile ceremonies, meticulous requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization, you'll ensure every deliverable is crafted with precision and excellence. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Requirements Gathering**: - Facilitate structured documentation and validation of project requirements with internal and external stakeholders. **Business Analysis**: - Analyze project objectives within the broader business context, translating goals into actionable technical and functional specifications. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. **Solution Design**: - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet the needs of both the business and Agile methodologies. **Agile Participation**: - Lead and actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint goal setting. - Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and adapt plans dynamically. **Testing and Validation**: - Define acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solution alignment with stakeholder expectations. **Change Management and Risk Mitigation**: - Manage requirement changes with agility, ensuring impacts are properly assessed and integrated. - Develop proactive strategies to mitigate project risks. **Communication and Documentation**: - Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation including technical manuals, user guides, and project records. - Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization. **Problem Solving**: - Quickly identify, assess, and resolve project challenges to maintain momentum and quality. **Continuous Improvement**: - Champion best practices within Agile teams, suggesting and implementing continuous process enhancements. **Relationship Management and Mentorship**: - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. - Mentor junior analysts, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in business and systems analysis roles. - Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). - Agile-related certifications preferred (Scrum Master, Product Owner). - Proficiency with Agile tools, especially JIRA (minimum 2 years). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Experience preparing detailed technical documentation. - Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg, “We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,” ttg OPT.
