This will involve reviewing questionnaires and supporting the interview process from a psychological perspective. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or higher degree in psychology and social work, as well as at least four years of experience in psychological counseling and interviewing. They will also have good knowledge and understanding of established international standards in the field of child rights. Responsibilities include working independently while coordinating closely with different teams, conducting needs assessments, reviews, and making recommendations, and traveling to various locations as required. As a consultant, you will be expected to adhere to UNICEF's core values of care, respect, integrity, trust, and accountability, and to promote the protection and safeguarding of all children.
