Job Title and Summary Senior Specialist, Product Management, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E;) The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E;) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to support product solutions and P&L; management for our CA&E; Lines of Business: Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield. This role will manage Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield, ensuring the product meets local market needs, delivers the product go-to-market strategy, and partners closely with Commercialization counterparts to ensure the product is part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield 2. Bring global product to the region, including use cases 3. Fuel and understand global roadmap 4. Budget and forecast tracking Lead Product Localization and GTM 1. Manage Studio process (including pricing) 2. Close involvement on pilots 3. Vendor/partner management 4. Offers sourcing (in-market) Act as Regional SME 1. Understand competitive landscape 2. Map regional pain points/needs 3. Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales 4. Measure value and articulate impact Requirements - Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable - Proven experience as a product, sales, or marketing client services professional with a demonstrated ability to drive growth - Expertise in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions - Background from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech (e.g., ecommerce, marketplaces), IT industries, or digital marketing agencies with experience in product, digital marketing, strategic planning - Business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions - Experience in launching and scaling products in dynamic markets - Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives - Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals - Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans - Recognized as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and Martech platforms capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients - Good understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends - Creative problem solver with the ability to generate
