Position Overview We seek a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build and manage a full-funnel digital marketing engine. You will own digital campaign strategy and execution across paid ads, SEO, and social media, coordinating with freelancers or agencies for content, website, and creative needs. - Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and Nextdoor. - Manage SEO efforts and coordinate with vendors/agencies for implementation. - Oversee Google Local Services Ads and maintain the company's Google Business Profile. - Plan and run social media campaigns, aligning brand voice and community relevance. - Manage content calendar and coordinate deliverables (blogs, landing pages, ads, etc). - Own weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting and analytics. - Allocate and manage an annual marketing budget to maximize ROI. - Coordinate with external partners, including writers, designers, and freelancers. - Run email and SMS marketing campaigns as needed. Qualifications Strong English writing and copywriting skills Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred Nice-to-Haves - Experience with ServiceTitan (CRM) - Familiarity with AgencyAnalytics dashboard - Proficiency with Canva or similar visual content tools - Experience in the home services industry (HVAC/plumbing) - Demonstrated ability to reduce CPL in competitive consumer industries - Experience managing small agencies or subcontractors - Familiarity with regional/local digital marketing dynamics in the U.S. - Background in paid media, performance tracking, and SEO across platforms
