Compensation Details: - Semi-Senior (Mid-Level): - Peru: S/. 6,571.15 per month - LATAM (outside Peru): $2,400.00 per month - Senior: - Peru: S/. 8,761.54 per month - LATAM (outside Peru): $3,200.00 per month Responsibilities - Perform functional testing to ensure system quality and reliability. - Execute SQL queries to validate and corroborate data. - Prepare and document detailed test cases for system validation. - Collaborate with the development team to understand and implement unit tests, ensuring proper tracking and updates in Jira. - Provide support to senior QA team members and contribute to the overall testing process. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with a focus on functional testing. - Familiarity with SQL for basic database queries. - Ability to document and manage test cases effectively. - Experience working with Jira or similar tools for tracking and managing test plans. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Seniority: Semi-Senior level, with opportunities to collaborate with senior QA members. Nice-to-Have Skills - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks is a plus. - Experience working in agile environments. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
