Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to perform maintenance and repair of building services including lighting, HVAC, toilets, water hygiene, and general fabric repairs. The ideal candidate will be based at Newbury, with occasional travel to London. Key Information: - Location: Newbury (with occasional travel to London) - Working Hours: 40 Hours per week - Contract: Full Time - Benefits: Company Van Provided Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance and Repair: Service and maintain building services. - Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building statutory requirements, and conduct regular monitoring and inspections. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using handheld PDA device. - Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: - Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as FGAS, time-served apprenticeship, C&G; Level 2 / NVQ or equivalent. - Skills: IT literacy and strong customer service skills. - Attributes: Highly self-motivated, solutions-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
