Job Title: Bid Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bid Coordinator in the engineering sector. About the Role: - Organize incoming and outgoing bid requests and project requests for work. - Extract and organize bid documents from customer portals. - Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects. - Evaluate all bids for accuracy and adherence to company standards. - Independently manage workload calendars for assigned regions. Responsibilities: - Track customer contacts and bidding projects. - Work closely with project managers, estimators, and team members to gather necessary information. - Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with RFP requirements. Requirements: - Degree in Business Management or Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry (preferred). - Mechanical drawing skills (desired). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with Outlook email organization. - High levels of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Positive attitude towards customers and the team. - Proven project management skills. - Self-starter who works well in a team environment. - Exceptional customer focus.
