Job summary Join Us as Our Business Development Hero Job Title:Business Development Associate Location:Usaquén, Bogotá Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (4 days in office, Tuesdays work from home) Responsibilities - Lead engaging video presentations to introduce TourHeroes to the platform and encourage them to launch their trips. - Grow our network by reaching out, building relationships, and ensuring TourHeroes have the tools they need to succeed. - Track and manage relationships using HubSpot, Apollo, and SmartLead, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups. - Support the Business Development and Outreach team in scaling our outreach and trip creation strategies. - Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to improve our onboarding process and increase conversion rates.
