About the Role: As an Analyst - Revenue Operations, you are expected to: Develop a strong understanding of our business environment Engage with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) and act as an internal consulting partner to understand pain points related to their business models and operational processes Drive the Quality and Revenue assurance program to ensure appropriate control mechanisms are established to prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps Become a process SME in the centralized team to establish quality checks across the business operations lifecycle (order to cash) Develop documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps Support workstream leads in successful implementation with disciplined program and change management efforts, in collaboration with key stakeholders Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes Maintain daily logs and draw tactical insights for interventions All about you: Experience in driving sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance, preferably for B2B services organizations Experience in business consulting or handling unstructured situations with first principles thinking for problem solving 3-5 years of experience, with a background in Finance or a Management degree (prior experience in internal controls/internal audit is preferable but not mandatory) Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills Experience with domains like B2B sales processes or sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools) is preferred but not essential This job posting appears to be active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
