Location: Sucre Workplace type: On Site Position: Manager, Tapioca Supply Lead and manage the Tapioca Supply program in the Colombian Atlantic Region, ensuring year-round supply of tapioca roots. Develop strategies to reduce costs, increase crop yields and starch content, and minimize post-harvest time and inventories. Balance own crop supply with third-party supply to offset seasonal reductions. Integrate the tapioca agricultural program with other areas to create value for customers and meet financial goals such as ROCE and Operating Income. What You Will Bring 5 years of experience in Agricultural Programs Management Intermediate English proficiency Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomist Engineering Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Production, Logistics, or Financial specialization (desirable) Advanced understanding of tapioca agricultural activities and strategic planning skills Basic financial skills (P&L, balance sheet, cost management) Basic production and quality skills Basic project management skills Who You Are Creative in promoting cost reduction, efficiency, and value-added agricultural operations Strong analytical skills Effective communicator at multiple organizational levels Problem-solver with innovative approaches challenging traditional methods Why Join Ingredion?
