Key Responsibilities Lead product initiatives from discovery and ideation through scoping, launch, and iteration . Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features. Drive API productization and ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable. Contribute to manual QA testing processes, including writing and executing test cases. Utilize tools like Jira , Trello , or similar for project tracking and management. Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration. Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership. Must Have: 4+ years of experience in product management or similar product-focused roles. Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in digital products and Agile environments. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) . Experience with manual QA testing , including test case design and execution. Experience with Jira, Trello , or other project management and bug tracking tools. Comfort working in technical domains (APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms). Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority. Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
