Responsibilities: - Main person-in-charge of ISO 9001 as QMS Document Controller, QMS Secretariat, and QMS Lead Internal Auditor. - Departmental Project Leader for New Model Development (minor changes in colour/graphics). - Support and assist Quality Inspection/Test & Process Audit (Internal/External) during New Model Development stages, ISO 14001, Cost Management, and Specification Management. - Take up the technical leading/supporting role for any quality matters related to the manufacturing function business unit. - Maintain records under the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Confidentiality Policy, and Document Retention Policy. - Support the management of inspection tools/machines and other facilities. - Support activities within a project's schedule. - Lead/support quality problem resolution within the manufacturing business unit. - Conduct thorough problem analysis, make judgments, and take appropriate actions. - Prepare check sheets, quality reports, and analysis reports. - Engage in sectional and departmental improvement activities. - Follow safety rules and ensure housekeeping of the work area. - Undertake additional projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by superiors.
