Thecandidate should have a deep understanding of product development,go-to-market strategies, and pricing models, along with exceptionalcommunication skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Define andmaintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning businessobjectives with customer needs and market trends. 2. Develop,articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision andstrategy. 4. Drive product growth and adoption througheffective planning and execution. 6. Partner closely with the CPOto establish and follow robust product development processes andbest practices. 7. Ensure quality assurance practices areintegrated into Agile workflows, driving high-quality productreleases. 8. Lead the development and execution of go-to-marketstrategies for new product launches and feature updates. 9.Champion collaboration across departments, fostering innovation andalignment in cross-functional teams. 10. Oversee the end-to-endproduct experience, including product management and design. 11.Develop product strategies to achieve both short-term milestonesand long-term goals. Required Skills & Experience 1. 5+ yearsof experience in Product Development or Product Management. 2.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) andproject management frameworks (PMP, SAFe, etc.). 3. Proven trackrecord of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successfulsoftware products. 4. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA,Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar. 5. Technical background orfamiliarity with software development processes. 6. Strongknowledge and experience in developing pricing strategies andgo-to-market plans. 7. Demonstrated ability to build and leadhigh-performing product management teams. 8. Certifications such asCSPO, CSM, PMP, or SAFe are highly desirable. 9. Excellentcommunication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 10.Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. SoftSkills 1.
