The role of Instructor Analyst is multifaceted, primarily focused on delivering training across a wide range of topics. The selected individual will facilitate instructor-led sessions, assist in creating training resources, assessments, and provide a top-tier learning experience for new staff. They will also evaluate existing training initiatives to analyze their effectiveness and ROI for the business. Additional Responsibilities: Deliver training for new and experienced employees. Create and schedule training classes. Foster and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and positive culture. Establish relationships with managers and team members. Recommend improvements and ways to optimize training sessions and methods. Escalate issues that pose risks to the business to the appropriate management. Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage courses, surveys, participant records, and training analysis and reports. Required Qualifications: University degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in talent development, such as classroom training, mentoring, or coaching. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or sales training. Basic knowledge of English. Desired Skills: Experience delivering effective sales training programs. Experience in the technology or cloud computing sector. Familiarity with sales training and development. Experience delivering operations training programs. Professional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper pronunciation and professional language use. Proactivity and strong work ethic. Solid time management skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable tasks.
