Job Description: We’re looking for an HR-Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and improve learning programs that elevate team performance across the company. If you’re passionate about people development, have a knack for creating engaging training materials, and love seeing employees grow, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: - Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with company goals. - Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions. - Organize onboarding sessions and continuous learning initiatives. - Collaborate with department heads to customize training plans. - Track training metrics, assess effectiveness, and drive improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in learning & development. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field. - Proven experience in HR training, learning & development, or organizational development. - Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills. - Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. - Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
