Read more about the life in PayU here **About the rol** As a Payment Analyst, you will be need technical, social and human competencies, to properly develop the tasks assigned by the Payments Team. Among the main responsibilities of the role are: Correctly and timely execute the reimbursement request requested by our Merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country. **What you will do** - Execute the process of refunds to merchants through the networks, in the defined SLAs. - Develop management indicators. - Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customer. - Support for Merchant Payment processes. - Creation of discretionary movements - Among others. **What you´ll need to succeed** - Good knowledge in excel .
