We are Givaudan. Human by nature. As a Marketing Manager you'll build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. Creating, delivering and supporting client presentations. You'll develop presentations to customers according to trends and new technologies, communicate the corporate image, and provide marketing information that contributes to the elaboration of commercial and technical strategies. You'll be responsible for the client Intimacy programs driven by an Innovation Strategy. You'll report to the LATAM Category Director for Fabric & Home Care, working four days onsite and one from home a week. Your responsibilities will include: Marketing Intimacy/ Innovation programs and New Products development - Identify client brand 'white space' and ideate new concept directions including creation of concept: writing, visuals-collaborating with creative team for synergies with olfactive recommendations - Prepare standard category reviews and trend presentations - Create, deliver and support client presentations, tailoring Givaudan value proposition to specific needs of the client - Work with Sales and Evaluation to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs - Help design marketing programmes to address client needs Market and Consumer Understanding - Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories - Foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories and across regions You - Your professional profile includes: - Professional in Marketing, Advertising or related areas. A University degree in administration, marketing or commercial areas are desirable. - Ideally post-graduate studies in Innovation or Innovation Methodologies. - 5-6 years of experience in industry, in marketing or related field, ideally in both agency and client sides. - Verbal and written command of English, Spanish native - Experience running or being part of product innovation projects - Understand and utilize information from Givaudan systems (Miriad, IBIS, Fragranceland etc) - Show knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers, and competitors on aglobal/regional category level - Ability to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding - Demonstrate competent olfactory skills, can recognize olfactory notes and communicate in fragrance language - Have exposure to the innovation process and can apply innovation principles to the creation process to deliver the next block buster fragrances based on deep consumer and category insights Our Benefits: - Annual bonus. - Medical insurance coverage. - Career Development Opportunities with access to many virtual learning sessions. - International working environment #LI-Onsite At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
