With our paced growth, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager with bilingual ability to manage construction of industrial water and effluent treatment systems. The position does require travel to site near Barranquilla on a frequent basis to manage various subcontractors, provide engineering interface, implement safety and culture to progress the project within the described timelines. As a Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate the realization of projects from start till finish. You are involved in procurement, negotiation and coordination of civil and electro-mechanical works, commissioning, start-up, to handing over. You will manage the project financially & contractually, follow up the time schedule and be responsible for all communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues. You will report to the the head office on a regular basis. **Profile**: - You have a Bachelor/Master degree in engineering (chemical, environmental or equal) - You can work independently as well as in a team. - You have an analytical and curious mind. - You are result oriented and able to work under time pressure. - You are very communicative and a fast learner. - You are willing to occasionally spend short periods of time abroad. - Bilingual and excellent command in technical writing. - General knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation. - Experience with CAD environments is a plus. - Notions of mechanical design.
