We are looking for our next **Senior Payments Analyst.** **About the role**: The **Senior Payments Analyst** will ensure in a correct and timely manner the preparation of payments to merchants at the latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country. Guarantee bank reconciliation against the transfers requested by the merchants. **What you will do**: - Support local and international payment processes for merchants through banking portals or different processes as applicable. - Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic programmes to help improve authorisations, improve processes internally. - Perform bank reconciliation and classification of accounts used for payments to merchants. - Manage merchant and internal customer requests. - Work closely with the Reconciliation team to resolve outstanding outages.
