Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager oversees procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies to ensure uninterrupted healthcare services. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality control, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely and cost-effective sourcing of medical supplies. - Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Ensure compliance with donor restrictions, ethical sourcing, and hospital procurement policies. - Oversee stock levels, storage conditions, and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies. - Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and stockouts. - Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including customs clearance for imported supplies. - Monitor supply chain expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a healthcare or faith-based institution. - Strong knowledge of healthcare procurement regulations and donor compliance. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
