**Senior Graphic Designer** **Application Process**: Our hiring process consists of three steps: **Key Responsibilities**: - **Creative Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing feedback, training, and inspiration to improve their design capabilities. - **Project Management**: Oversee the design workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time, align with brand guidelines, and meet creative standards. - **Design Execution**: Create high-quality designs and templates across a variety of mediums, including: - Digital assets: social media graphics, presentations, graphic mockups, etc. - Print assets: brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, etc - **Brand Stewardship**: Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all projects, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s identity and messaging. - **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with US-based marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop designs that align with strategic objectives. - **Problem Solving**: Address complex design challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the team’s outputs. **Qualifications**: - **Experience**: - 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. - Proven track record of designing for both print and digital mediums. - Experience working with marketing teams and understanding of design’s role in messaging and brand communication. - **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience compensates). **Skills & Expertise**: - **Core Design Skills**: - Typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including marketing-focused designs. - **Mentorship**: - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide junior designers effectively. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a learning environment. - **Project Management**: - Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Adept at meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. - **Creative Tools Expertise**: - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). - Online Design/Collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, Miro, or similar). - Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. **Soft Skills**: - Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, including the ability to effectively articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback. - Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear collaboration with an international team. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Experience**: - GRAPHIC DESIGN: 4 years (required) - LIDERSHIP: 1 year (required) **Language**: - ENGLISH (required)
