We move people, and people move us. **Job Description**: - Handling large budgets for media campaigns - Implementing and managing paid marketing strategy, budget allocation, and ROI - Developing specific campaigns for high-quality outcomes - Campaign targeting, projections, launch, pacing, optimization, and reporting - Participating in production tasks related to activation - Generating reports on program content and media analytics - Maintaining buys, tracking delivery, and securing make-goods - Assisting with pre-campaign and post-campaign requirements - Troubleshooting revenue models and resolving campaign issues - Handling online advertiser and publisher queries - Training and collaborating with peers - Continuous learning and self-improvement **Qualifications**: - C1 or above english language level (non negotiable) - Bachelor's Degree - 1-2+ years of experience in the position - Relevant certifications in Google Garage, DV360, Trade Desk, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Snapchat, Google Display, Google Video, Campaign Manager - Negotiation and project management skills - Knowledge of media buying and advertising - Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in programmatic DSPs (DV360) - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Good understanding of programmatic media KPIs Additional Information - Work From Home - Prepaid Medicine - Career Path - Activities and events - Access to platforms to develop courses of interest (With certifications)
