Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects - Day to day communication with internal and external development teams, IT operations,etc - Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects - Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives - QA process implementation - Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weight the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company - Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation - Forecasting and budget management - Running/Facilitating Agile/Scrum Methodologies - Software migration, certificate renewals, firmware upgrades, technology refresh - Communicate issues and risk with various stakeholders and project owners - Project Management for a range of projects; ownership of the entire project life cycle from inception to implementation, deployment and post deployment support **Minimum Qualifications**: - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Organization Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management or a related field or equivalent practical field - 2-3 years development experience, flexibility, quickness and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done - Experience with Jira - Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred - In-depth knowledge of the SDLC - Demonstrate understanding of of Project Management processes, strategies and methods - Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others - Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams - Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
