Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with line managers to define roles and prepare job specifications and advertisements. - Conduct first-round face-to-face interviews, including cultural fit assessments. - Administer formal assessments or tests as necessary. - Search LinkedIn and other online sources for potential candidates. - Work with the business to establish hiring plans on an annual and quarterly basis. - Provide regular and ad hoc localized recruitment metrics. - Maintain strong connections within the local agency market. - Promote and maintain contact with talent pools. - Organize and attend in-house and external hiring events, as well as trade fairs. - Contribute to other HR projects such as benchmarking, internal talent development, diversity initiatives, and onboarding programs. Requirements: - Experience working in recruitment, either in-house, RPO, or agency/search-side. - Background in the Technology sector, specifically IT Managed Services and Cloud technologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - Proven expertise in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software, including LinkedIn and other advertising, search, and social tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a high degree of independence. - Strong recruiting, interviewing, and organizational skills, with a focus on confidentiality and judgment. - Capacity to handle pressure, make sound judgments, and possess excellent phone skills, with a solid understanding of employment law.
