As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with deep expertise in executive search and headhunting to join our team and grow with us. What You'll Do: - Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and leadership-level positions across diverse industries. - Conduct proactive headhunting using a variety of sourcing strategies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, etc.). - Engage passive candidates and convert them into strong prospects aligned with client expectations. - Partner with clients to understand their business strategy and design tailored attraction plans. - Act as a trusted advisor during search, selection, and onboarding processes. - Promote and advocate for the employer value proposition of each client. - Prepare and maintain detailed search reports and status updates. - Ensure all interview and recruitment processes meet legal and compliance standards. - Collaborate with our internal team of HR consultants and recruiters to deliver holistic solutions. What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on executive search/headhunting. - Track record of successfully placing high-level talent across departments and industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to build trust and influence. - Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze roles, business needs, and organizational culture. - Organizational skills to manage multiple processes and priorities at once. - Emotional intelligence and leadership presence. - Passion for people, purpose, and performance. - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. - Bilingual (English & Spanish) – essential for client and candidate interactions. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, ATS (Manatal or similar), Teams, Zoom, etc. - Ability to work remotely with autonomy and accountability.
