With a presence in more than 45 countries across five continents, we excel in leveraging state-of-the-art technology, artificial intelligence, and unparalleled subject matter expertise to elevate our clients' business impact and strategic decision-making.What you will be doing at Evalueserve:Communicate and deliver Evalueserve’s advanced data analytics solutions, with a focus on Supply Chain and Procurement analytics, to key customers.Design and implement innovative supply chain analytics strategies, drive process improvements, develop analytical frameworks, and enhance overall client engagement.Serve as a technical consultant to clients, providing insights and solutions based on deep supply chain expertise.Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain and procurement teams on the client side to address their specific needs and challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and conducting detailed domain-specific workshops.Oversee the entire analytics project lifecycle, from defining deliverables, KPIs, and testing requirements to delivering the final solution.Design and recommend data-driven analyses that align with the client’s business objectives.Develop and enhance supply chain/procurement analytics solutions by working closely with operations and sales teams.What we're looking for:Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in supply chain and manufacturing processes, with a strong aspiration to leverage data analytics for enhanced decision-making.Technical Skills:Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).Experience working with Big Data.Advanced supply chain optimization skills, including hands-on experience with optimization tools (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX).Analytical modeling experience is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with client-facing experience preferred.Ability to manage relationships, present insights effectively, and facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders.Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure to data science and knowledge of statistical methods.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting, Supply Chain, and AnalystIndustries: Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Data Infrastructure and Analytics #J-18808-Ljbffr
