**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate individual(s) or area(s) in a professional manner - Greet facility visitors and provide assistance - Prepare and/or process documents, review for accuracy and completeness - Maintain, develop, and update reports - Collect and verify program information and ensure it is accurate in Company and government systems - Handle airline, ground transportation and lodging expense reporting - Provide data entry for the databases and other information tracking systems - Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** - 3-10 years related experience - English professional fluency preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred - Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance - Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check - Proficiency with MS Office - Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion - Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment **WORKING CONDITIONS
