Who We Are Looking For We are currently seeking a Software Application Developer , a key role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software applications that meet business needs and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers to build user-friendly and efficient interfaces. Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. Document code, features, and technical processes following best practices. Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automated testing efforts. Align development activities with strategic goals and delivery timelines. Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose improvements. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, or OutSystems. Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and modern software architecture. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Previous experience working in Latin American markets. Experience with SaaS applications and system integrations. Conversational English. (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
