Scope: Apprenticeship contract | Office: Medellín | Modality: Hybrid Objective Provide support to the organization’s quality management system through process documentation, monitoring, and analysis; participation in internal audits; and collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will develop key skills in process management, indicator analysis, and organizational best practices, actively contributing to the strengthening of the quality system while advancing their professional training. Responsibilities Support the documentation and updating of organizational processes. Monitor performance indicators and consolidate reports. Participate in internal audits and improvement plans. Propose enhancements to existing processes through observation and analysis. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and the promotion of best practices. Assist in the document management of the quality management system. Contribute to internal trainings and awareness campaigns. Relevant Fields of Study Technologists or professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Process Management, Logistics, Information Management, or related programs.
