Requirements - Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1), with strong written and spoken communication skills. Fluency in English (B2 or higher). - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related position. - Relevant academic background in management or related fields is preferred. - Experience in the industry is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. - Leadership abilities and experience in team development. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. - Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
