Key Responsibilities -Provide administrative support to the marketing and business development teams. -Assist with the coordination and execution of email, social media, and outreach campaigns. -Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). -Conduct research on prospects, market trends, and competitors to support campaign strategy and outreach. -Assist in preparing presentations, case studies, newsletters, and other marketing collateral. -Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, follow-ups, and reminders. -Help organize and maintain shared marketing assets and brand documentation. -Compile campaign performance data and prepare basic reports for team review. -Use AI tools to streamline tasks, conduct research, and support automation of workflows.
