Customer Success Manager Safetica Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth onboarding, guide customers through implementation, and maintain high satisfaction with our solution. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for growth and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our CSM team in Brno, ensuring seamless global cooperation. As a Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, lead the onboarding process, and resolve customer issues. You will also work closely with sales and marketing teams on customer campaigns and case studies.
