The Position We're looking to hire an AI Project Manager to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients. Key Responsibilities - Lead AI-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes through structured methodologies and tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall strategic goals. - Maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications, leveraging expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks. - Demonstrate forensic attention to detail and take ownership of your work to meet expectations. - Work closely with clients to understand their goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments. - Manage tasks and tickets effectively, tracking progress and ensuring validation among developers. Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. - Advanced English language proficiency. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. - Proven experience in AI development or collaboration with AI teams. - Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team management and motivation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands. - Experience working with remote teams and maintaining effective communication channels. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
