As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the guidance of distributors within the assigned countries in Latin America in order to create the best favorable scenario that enhances the reach of our objectives and defined targets, with a direct impact on the market growth. Duties And Key Responsibilities Ensure long-term success for our partners in distribution through accurate business development and marketing strategies, setting standards and specific objectives, as well as optimizing and overseeing operations for maximum efficiency; Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction; Reinforce the Davines brand awareness and image in the market maintaining productive relationships with distributors and stakeholders; Define and implement an accurate distribution strategy as well as sales organization/objectives; Fix any issues, working collaboratively and effectively to resolve them; Identify and share best practices across teams; Find and negotiate with potential distributors in the uncovered (or existing) territories. Person Specification And Requirements Working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a beauty professional market (Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Business Development Manager), or 10 years in sales); Experience in Professional Haircare is highly desirable; however, candidates from the broader Beauty Industry are also encouraged to apply; A track record of nurturing lasting relationships and building robust networks; Deep market knowledge with strong analytical skills; Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory, knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus; Great communication and negotiation skills; Ability to foster meaningful connections; Excellent time management and planning skills. The candidate should be based in Colombia and available to travel at least 50% of the time.
