Job Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial operations to ensure optimal financial performance. • Lead internal financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. • Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. • Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.








Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree as CPA, master's in finance business administration preferable • Minimum 7 years preferable in a big four firm Finance, Accounting, taxes and reporting, planning and analysis •Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 7+ years). •Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and tax laws. •Proficiency in financial software. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. •Strong leadership and communication abilities.
