SD Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with 150+ clients throughout their journey, from implementation to full adoption. - Become an expert in our products and services, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and best practices. - Drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and advocacy by providing exceptional customer experiences. - Monitor customer accounts to identify areas of improvement and proactively address issues or concerns. - Uncover growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells, focusing on net dollar retention and churn prevention. - Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to prioritize and change prioritizations internally to drive exceptional customer experiences. Requirements: - 2+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in the fintech space. - Strong understanding of the fintech industry and our products and services. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high organization and written communication skills. - Ability to build compelling value-driven client-facing presentations and engage with all levels of an organization.
