Role: Photo and Video Editor Location: 100% Remote (global) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm This process includes a fully paid 3-week trial period for candidates. After the trial, there is the potential to extend the contract. About the client: Founded by a professional makeup artist over 20 years ago, this beauty brand has built a global following with its skin-loving, botanical-based products designed to enhance natural beauty. Known for its “look like you, only better” philosophy, it focuses on multi-purpose formulas that deliver a fresh, radiant glow with minimal effort. With a strong international presence and a loyal community, the brand continues to grow while staying true to its mission of making beauty simple, effective, and accessible. About the Role: We’re building a high-velocity retention team and need a Klaviyo expert who can prove their skills through real campaign outputs—not just interviews. You’ll complete 2-3 paid test campaigns in your first weeks to demonstrate your ability to drive revenue through email/SMS flows, segmentation, and A/B testing. What You’ll Do (Test Projects First): - Build & optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) under tight deadlines (3-5 days per test). - Create high-converting segments using customer behavior/data triggers. - Design A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creative) with clear performance tracking. - Report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per send) and pivot quickly. - Collaborate with designers/copywriters to produce on-brand assets. Requirements What We’re Testing For: Technical Klaviyo Skills: - Fluent in flow building, audience segmentation, and performance analytics. - Experience with Klaviyo’s integrations (Shopify, reviews tools, etc.). Creative Strategy: - Ability to write persuasive email/SMS copy (or collaborate tightly with copywriters). - Eye for converting layouts (mobile-first, urgency tactics, personalization). Data-Driven Mindset: - Obsession with metrics (ROI, LTV, churn reduction). - Comfortable with rapid experimentation (e.g., “This flow dropped 20% in CTR—how do we fix it in 48 hours?”).
