You will work with warm leads — no cold calling — and help prospective clients start their legal journey. Responsibilities - Conduct consultation calls with potential clients (no legal advice). - Present pre-approved pricing and secure retainers. - Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records. - Follow up on unconverted leads to maximize conversion. - Collaborate with legal and client care teams for seamless onboarding. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry. - Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
