Lead renewal discussions and negotiations with customers/partners, ensuring timely and successful renewals, and achieving the targeted revenue and customer retention. Proactively engage with customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and usage of products/services. Prepare and lead follow-up sessions or Executive Business Review (EBR) sessions to present main service/product metrics, industry trends, and highlight the value of Appgate's offerings while identifying points for improvement. Manage the customer journey from acquisition through ongoing contract management, including onboarding, executive sessions, and continuous communication to ensure successful implementation and usage of Appgate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Proactively identify potential risks related to renewals or client continuity, alert relevant channels, and coordinate actions to maintain service and customer satisfaction. Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback to improve customer experience. Communicate updates, new versions, and functionalities of products and services to customers. Drive product adoption and onboarding to help customers maximize value. Ensure customers are continuously trained and informed about resources, tools, and content to stay up-to-date, providing ongoing education and support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, computer engineering, electronic engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales. Knowledge Proficiency in Salesforce. Experience in B2B customer success within a related or technology industry. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Certifications CCSMP (Certified Customer Success Management Professional).
