Job Overview The Security and Privacy Governance Specialist will report to our Enterprise Data Management Lead and join our Enterprise Data Management team. Main Responsibilities - Governance Program Execution: Implement and maintain privacy and security governance frameworks in collaboration with Legal, HR, IT, and the CISO office. - Policy Development & Enforcement: Draft, update, and enforce data handling, retention, and classification policies according to internal standards. - Risk & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct privacy risk assessments, manage access governance controls, and support internal audits and external regulatory reviews. - Incident Response Support: Contribute to breach response procedures, including documentation, notification workflows, and root cause analysis. - Train & Awareness: Deliver role-based training and awareness campaigns to promote a culture of privacy and security across departments. - Tooling & Automation: Partner with platform teams to integrate governance controls into our systems. Essential Qualifications - Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or CISA. - Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment. - Prior involvement in enterprise data governance councils or working groups. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in information security, Data Governance, Law, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in privacy, security governance, or GRC roles. - Knowledge of global privacy regulations and security frameworks. - Experience with data classification, retention, and handling standards. - Familiarity with governance tools such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or similar.
