Remote Video Editor Role Our organization seeks an experienced Remote Video Editor to craft compelling long-form YouTube videos. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing content, incorporating captions, transitions, graphics, and ensuring a consistent visual style. Key Responsibilities: - Editing engaging YouTube-style content (talking head, screen shares, b-roll, pop-up effects, etc.) - Incorporating captions, transitions, zooms, b-roll, music, and other attention-grabbing elements - Designing simple graphics/thumbnails or overlays if needed - Adhering to a consistent editing style and structure Required Skills and Qualifications: - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Experience specifically editing YouTube-style content - Knowledge of Final Cut Pro & Photoshop - Apple/Mac Device required Bonus Skills: - Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations) - Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content pacing
