**JOB TITLE**:SAP Functional Lead - OTC (Order to Cash) **LOCATION**:On Site - Medellin **TYPE**:Full-Time | Direct Hire **SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday **About the Role**: We are seeking a seasoned **SAP Functional Lead - OTC (Order to Cash)** to lead the end-to-end process design, configuration, and optimization within the OTC domain. This professional will play a pivotal role in aligning business operations with SAP capabilities, collaborating closely with internal teams, product owners, and external partners. Advanced experience with SAP IS-Oil and full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations is essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities**: - Engage in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to map processes and implement optimal SAP solutions. - Facilitate workshops to define and align future-state processes with industry best practices. - Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives and timelines. - Support data migration, system testing (functional, integration, UAT), and user training initiatives. - Provide ongoing support and lead continuous system improvement efforts. - Stay up to date with SAP advancements and recommend relevant upgrades or enhancements. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of direct SAP OTC experience. - Proven success in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. - In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC modules, including MM, SRM, and IS-Oil integration. - Strong skills in process documentation, data migration support, and cross-functional team collaboration. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - SAP certifications are a plus. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** **At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time," ttg OPT.
