Role Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused, motivated, and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to join our growing Intelligent Automation Managed Service team. This technical role involves managing customer support inquiries, investigating technical bugs/issues, and identifying solutions with great attention to detail. The candidate should be confident in communicating with customers to gather additional information and provide updates on support requests. Strong communication skills with customers to retrieve information and update on support requests are essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various RPA technologies and a quick aptitude for learning new tools. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer support inquiries accurately. Investigate and resolve technical bugs and issues. Ensure thorough troubleshooting and effective solution identification. Communicate clearly with customers to gather information and update them on support cases. Requirements: Skills and Experience: Qualified in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or similar RPA technologies. Strong SQL skills and experience applying them in automation projects. Extensive experience with UI automation for web and desktop applications. Experience with OCR technologies like Azure Cognitive Services, ABBYY, Google, and IQ Bot. Proficiency in keystroke automation for console applications. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, Monday.com, Trello, etc. Experience with Service Desk tools like Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc. Ability to create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD). Understanding of Change Control processes, testing, and deployment for bug fixes and new features. Experience leading UAT, assisting customers, and delivering training/upskilling. Excellent documentation skills. Ability to simplify technical issues for clear communication with customers and stakeholders. Good knowledge of C# and .NET programming. Preferred Skills: Experience as a process analyst managing requirements from clients to deployment. Knowledge of Python programming. Experience with human-in-the-loop automation tools.
