We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Law Specialist to join our Corporate Department, focusing on employment and labor matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in employment law at a nationally recognized law firm. - Providing expert advice on employment-related compliance, including worker classification, wage and hour laws, immigration regulations, union-management relations, collective bargaining agreements, employment policies, handbooks, and equal opportunity laws. - Drafting and reviewing employment agreements. - Assisting with separation agreements and advising on reductions-in-force and WARN Act issues. - Drafting and reviewing restrictive covenants. - Conducting employment-related diligence and handling employment-related representations and warranties in transaction documents. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, superior organization skills, and a strong client-focused work ethic. A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations is essential for this role.
