The Public-Private Partnership Transactions Advisory department provides financial advisory services to client governments to increase access to infrastructure and social services by facilitating private investments. We seek a seasoned analyst to support PPP project implementation in the Andean Region and Southern Cone. Key Responsibilities - Develop financial analysis and models to assess project feasibility. - Support business development activities: preparing pitchbooks, proposals, mandates, marketing documents, and roadshows. - Support project scoping, financial modeling, and analysis. - Manage project execution documentation and internal approval processes. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, project finance, M&A;, privatization, or private equity. - Proven ability in financial modeling and analysis. - Experience in infrastructure sectors; sector trends and legal knowledge are a plus.
