DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the continued success of our organization. As Accountant, You Will Ensure recording, monitoring and reporting general and technical accounting activity according to the Group Policies; Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations; Be familiar with core accounting sections including: leases, inter-company transactions, fixed assets, capitalized software; Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives; Provides their team with meaningful, accurate and timely financial information and reports as requested; Help lead the build out and monthly aggregation of financial data for accounting close package Be direct liaison with auditors and internal accounting team to efficiently get through audits Take lead on building out reports within NetSuite QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The Ideal Accountant Has Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on distribution. Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Desired: experience with Netsuite or similar platform. Professional level of English and Spanish (verbal/written).
