We produce fresh cosmetics and supplements from natural ingredients, emphasizing highly effective, antioxidant-rich components from nature, avoiding synthetic preservatives and additives. Starting from a small laboratory, we now operate in many countries with around 500 employees. Responsibilities Operational implementation of communication content for RINGANA partners, including cross-departmental coordination and maintenance. Design and management of partner business campaigns. Positioning the RINGANA business opportunity in close collaboration with the Partner Communication team lead. Ensuring adherence to RINGANA's corporate language standards. Content management and maintenance across online and offline communication channels (e.g., Wordpress, Mailworx, print materials). Developing and implementing training and informational formats for independent sales partners (e.g., training sessions, congresses, e-learning, incentives). Monitoring and aligning the Partner Journey. Designing and safeguarding recognition tools for partners. Cross-departmental project management. Qualifications Completed training in business, marketing, or communications. Excellent ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging texts. Structured and strategic approach to content management. Team player with proactive attitude, trend awareness, creativity, and self-organization. Good understanding of direct sales and/or network marketing. Fluent in Spanish (C2) and very proficient in English (B2), both written and spoken. Proficient in MS Office applications.
