Job Description We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our team and ensure seamless web/mobile design. This role involves implementing UX/UI best practices, creating marketing and design assets, and successfully delivering visual storytelling. Main Responsibilities: - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets. - Build page navigation buttons and search fields. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. - Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables). - Design marketing assets for social media, internal communication materials, and event-related visuals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials. - Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. - Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Key Requirements: - 4+ years of experience designing products that real users have used. - Experience in Marketing and content creation. - Ability to create compelling visual content for social media, internal communications, and events. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design and marketing design work. - Ability to conduct user research, analyze research findings, create wireframes and user flows, sketch high-fidelity mockups, create prototypes, and conduct usability tests. - Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively. - Keen eye for detail and creativity in solving complex user experience problems. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite is a must-have. - English: B2 or above.
